إذا تعذّر عليك الوصول للتطبيق، أرسل طلباً من فريق الدعم داخل التطبيق أو عبر بيانات التواصل المعروضة في شاشة الدعم، مع ذكر رقم هاتفك المسجّل، وسيتم حذف حسابك خلال مدة أقصاها 7 أيام.
To delete your account and all data: open the app → Profile → Delete Account → type "حذف" to confirm. This permanently deletes your profile, students, trips, chats, support tickets, payment plans, and your authentication account — immediately and irreversibly. Alternatively, contact support (in-app) with your registered phone number; deletion completes within 7 days.
